1. Air hole
When automatic welding equipment is applied in all-position welding, air hole is a common problem. In view of this, in order to effectively prevent this problem, in the implementation of welding, the gas protection should be strengthened, the welding temperature should not be too high, strictly in accordance with the proportion and relevant requirements to fill the gas, to ensure that the filling purity meet the requirements. At the same time, pay attention to the environment around the welding site. If the wind speed of the construction site exceeds 8 meters per second, use the wind shelter to protect, and the environmental humidity should not be too high. In addition, to ensure that the welding position is kept dry, the ring flame heater or intermediate frequency induction heater can be used for heating.
2. Incomplete fusion
Incomplete fusion usually occurs in the vertical welding position, resulting in the problem of incorrect shape of the bead grinding, deviation from the weld during welding or the width of the welding gun swing is not reasonable, etc. In view of this, in the process of welding, in the implementation of welding bead grinding operations, should try to polish smooth. At the same time, before welding, should also be carefully observed wire, to see whether its swing width is correct. In addition, in the process of welding, if the weld pool and weld bead center deviation, should be timely adjusted to avoid the occurrence of non-fusion problem.
