This guideline is formulated to guide the implementation of various work requirements for the prevention and control of COVID-19.
1、 Strengthen employee health monitoring
1. Do a good job of employee health management. Health management shall be carried out by division and classification as required, and medical observation shall be carried out at home or in centralized isolation for personnel from areas with severe epidemic situation. For the employees in isolation period and living in the collective dormitory, the body temperature should be checked twice a day. Timely master the health status of the absent personnel.
2. Implement health status reporting. Set up a telephone number to report suspicious symptoms. When employees have fever and respiratory symptoms, they should report to the local disease control department. In case of any abnormality, they should report it in time and take corresponding prevention and control measures.
2、 Do a good job of prevention and control in the workplace
3. Strengthen the registration and management of people in and out of the city. Employees should check their body temperature at the entrance every time they enter the unit, and they can enter only when their body temperature is normal.
4. Keep the workplace ventilated.
5. Ensure the normal operation of hand washing facilities.
6. Clean and disinfect the working and living places. Public areas such as workplaces, canteens, elevators, toilets, hand basins, commuting tools and related articles shall be disinfected regularly by special personnel. The frequent contact parts such as elevator buttons and door handles shall be properly disinfected.
3、 Instruct employees on personal protection
7. Strengthen prevention and control publicity and education. Various forms shall be adopted to strengthen the scientific publicity of epidemic prevention and control knowledge after resumption of work and production, so that employees can fully understand the prevention and control knowledge, master the key points of protection, enhance the awareness of protection, and support and cooperate with the prevention and control work.
8. Implement personal protection requirements. Employees shall reduce unnecessary going out and correctly wear masks and other protective equipment. Develop the habit of washing hands frequently, cover with paper towels, handkerchiefs, sleeves, etc. when sneezing or coughing, and advocate a healthy lifestyle such as reasonable diet, moderate exercise, regular work and rest.
4、 Do a good job in handling abnormal situations
9. Establish an isolated observation area. When employees have suspicious symptoms, they should go to the area for temporary isolation in time, report to the local disease control department, and arrange employees to go to the nearest hospital according to relevant specifications.
10. Close the relevant area and disinfect it. After finding the employees with suspicious symptoms, immediately isolate their work posts and dormitories, and further close their offices, workshops and other office units as well as living places such as employee dormitories according to the medical observation. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering. At the same time, under the guidance of professional personnel, disinfect their activity sites and articles used. Cooperate with relevant parties to take preventive and control measures for close contacts.
